These Terms of Service govern your use of the AngeloDini online store and your purchase of products from us. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with the policies displayed on the store.
Store and products
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Because displays, lighting, ceramic production processes, and manufacturing tolerances can vary, minor differences in color, glaze, finish, dimensions, or appearance may occur and do not necessarily indicate a defect.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is materially incorrect, payment cannot be completed, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel a paid order, we will arrange a refund of the amount collected for that order.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other charges are shown or described at checkout where available. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at checkout.
Shipping
Processing and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customs, carriers, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Import charges

Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the store or delays and events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
