Which designs can be reversed into animal figures?
The original Cat and Dog Espresso Cups, can be displayed upside down when empty, clean and dry. This feature does not apply to the Octopus Mug, Elephant Cup or Cat Teapot.
Do all cups hold the same amount?
No. Cat and Dog Espresso Cups hold approximately 110 mL each; the Octopus Mug approximately 170 mL; the Elephant Cup 150 mL. Cat Teapot capacity and dimensions are not listed.
What is included with the Cat Teapot?
Choose a lidded teapot alone with no cups, a lidded teapot with two cups, or a lidded teapot with four cups. Each configuration is offered in Black or Orange Tabby.
Can I drink from the Elephant Cup?
Yes. Drink directly from the open rim or pour through the trunk into another cup. Any receiving cup shown in a demonstration is not included.
Does every product come with a gift box?
A gift box is confirmed for the Cat, Dog, Octopus and Elephant products. Cat Teapot packaging is not yet confirmed.
Where can I check shipping, returns and care?
Standard shipping to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and Germany is free for current products. Orders usually ship within 7 business days; transit time is additional. Read the shipping information and returns policy. Follow each product's own care guidance; tea set care limits are not yet confirmed.
Paying by card through PayPal
Can I pay with a credit or debit card without a PayPal account?
PayPal may offer guest card checkout. When available, choose PayPal at checkout, enter an email address if prompted, select the card payment option and turn off the option to create a PayPal account if it appears. Guest checkout availability depends on the buyer's location and PayPal eligibility checks. Not all customers will see the same payment options.
How does WELCOME10 work?
WELCOME10 provides 10% off eligible individual Cat, Dog, and Octopus cups, once per customer. Enter the code at checkout or use the coupon link where shown. Confirm the actual discount in your order summary before paying.
When will my order ship, and where is shipping free?
Orders usually dispatch within 7 business days. This is processing time, not total delivery time; transit time is additional and varies by destination. Standard shipping to the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom and Germany is free for current products. International shipping, when available, is calculated at checkout. Read shipping details.
Will I pay import charges?
Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier fees may apply depending on the destination. Free shipping does not mean these charges are included unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
What about returns or damaged items?
You may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to our returns and refunds policy. Contact us before returning an item. For damage, include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Return conditions and costs depend on the reason for return.
